On 19 May 2012, a Manx team are participating in the LANZAROTE IRONMAN challenge to raise funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
Graeme Saunders, Allan Thompson, Jonathan McNeill, Matt Lawson, Stephen McNeill & Brian Hoare will be undertaking the event of their lives - a 3.8km swim, a 180.2km cycle and a full 42km Marathon!
By the time these triathletes reach the start line, they will have collectively biked enough kilometres to circumvent the globe, run across Canada and swim from the Isle of Man to Dublin 10 times!
